  • Standard Free Delivery Usually takes 2 to 3 working days.

2: Royal Mail 1st class Delivery:  Tracked Service: £4.95 

  • Spend Over £30.00 for Free U.K Next Day Delivery
  • Next Day delivery on order place before 13.00pm £4.95
  • Next Day orders placed on Friday after 13.00pm will be despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

  • Upto 3 to 7 working days.

  •  In the event that you are found fault in the product, simply inform us within 24 hours of purchase / receiving and return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, garments received after the 7 days will be entitled to an exchange to the value of the garment returned. Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
  • For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • The parcel can take up to 5 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery, please note refund will be processed within 7 to 14 days of our receipt. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
  • We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.
  • The washed garments will not be accepted. You must return the Products to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you sealed in their original packaging & Condition.
  • Unless the Products are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the Products from you and may set such costs off against the amount re-credited to you. As i write you , item is original form than let me know and will inform you where to have send it.
